Privacy Policy

1. What information we collect

We only collect personal data that you submit voluntarily through the contact form on this site: your name, email address, optional company name, and the message you write to us.

We do not use tracking cookies, analytics that profile visitors, or any third-party advertising scripts. Standard server logs (IP address, request time, user agent) may be kept by our hosting provider for short-term security and reliability purposes, but we do not actively process or store these logs ourselves.

2. How we use your information

We use the information you submit through the contact form solely to read your enquiry, reply to you, and — if a project goes ahead — communicate with you about it.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data for marketing purposes. We do not add you to any mailing list.

3. Legal basis

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we rely on two legal bases: your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given when you tick the privacy box on the contact form, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries you have initiated (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Who has access to your data

Inside AXN WEB DEV, only team members involved in handling client enquiries have access to the submitted messages.

We use Resend (resend.com) as our email delivery provider. When you submit the contact form, the message is sent through Resend’s infrastructure to office@axnwebdev.ro. Resend acts as a data processor on our behalf and may process data outside the European Economic Area; transfers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your contact-form message in our inbox for as long as it is useful to the conversation, and no longer than 24 months from your last interaction, unless a longer period is required by law (e.g. for accounting or contractual records once a project starts).

You may ask us to delete your message at any time before that.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, restrict or object to its processing, request a copy of it in a portable format, and withdraw your consent at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, write to office@axnwebdev.ro. We will respond within 30 days.

If you believe we are not handling your data properly, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian Data Protection Authority (ANSPDCP, www.dataprotection.ro).

7. Security

Your message is transmitted over HTTPS. Resend stores email content encrypted at rest. We restrict internal access to the office@axnwebdev.ro inbox.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we use reasonable industry-standard safeguards and update them as the platforms we rely on evolve.

8. Children

This website is aimed at businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please contact us so we can delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page indicates when it was last revised. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the updated policy.
